What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data you share with us through this website. It does not cover claims or patient data processed inside the DataHub platform. That data belongs to each client and is handled under the service and data-protection agreement we sign with them.

What we collect

• Newsletter: your work email address.
• Booking a call: your name, work email, company or facility, phone number (optional), any notes you add, and the time you choose.
• Enquiries: your name, role, facility or company, work email and your message.

Please do not send patient data through this website or by email.

How we use it

• To reply to you, arrange and hold the call you asked for, and follow up on it.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To keep a record of requests and our replies.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent (for the newsletter) or because you asked us to take a step before a possible contract (calls and enquiries), in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not run analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with
