eClaimLink tightens validation and adds AI-assisted auditing

Through 2025, eClaimLink — the DHA's electronic claims platform and the DHPO transaction hub behind it — continued to add enhanced validation rules, AI-assisted auditing and updated insurance policy schemas aimed at improving transparency and reducing fraud.

For providers, tighter upstream validation means more claims are bounced or flagged at submission unless the data is clean. The upside is fewer surprises at adjudication; the cost is a higher bar for day-one accuracy.

A workspace that validates against the regulator on a test upload — showing the rule code, error text and field beside the claim — lets teams meet that bar before a claim ever hits production.
