Inside the Claims Resubmission Workspace: rework a denial without leaving the screen
A walkthrough of the Claim Correction Editor — editing modules, activities, attachments and comments before upload.

The Claims Resubmission Workspace is where a denial stops being a line in a report and becomes something you actually fix. Denied claims from the RA load for your facility, and everything you need to rework one is on the same screen.
Select a claim and open it in the Claim Correction Editor. Each part of the claim is its own module — metadata, patient details, encounter, diagnosis, activities and resubmission details — and each opens on its own. You change only what the denial needs, instead of re-keying a whole claim.
Activities are editable in place: fix a CPT code, a quantity or an amount, and add the observation a payer asked for, right in the row. When a denial needs evidence, attach the supporting document and leave a comment, so the reason for the change travels with the claim and the next person sees the full story.
Then choose the action that fits — Correction, Reconcile, Internal or Write Off — and push to Test Upload. The regulator validates and any error shows beside the claim, so you fix it before Production Upload sends it to DHA, DOH or MOHAP. The same flow runs one claim or a whole batch through Bulk Claims Resubmission.
