Most claims AI asks you to send your contracts and your patients' claims to a public model. For a UAE provider working under ADHICS and PDPL, that is a non-starter. DataHub's approach is the opposite: the model is self-hosted, and your contracts and payer policies never leave your private workspace.
It works in four layers. First, it knows your contracts and payer policies, searched only within your facility. Second, a rules engine enforces coverage, limits, eligibility, authorisation and contract dates. Third, a prediction model gives each claim a calibrated approval probability and denial risk, learned from your own past outcomes. Fourth, it explains the recommendation in plain language and cites the clause it relied on.
Trust is built into the design. Search is locked to your facility before it runs, so it can never reach another provider's contracts. Each claim is judged against the contract and policy active on its service date, not today's. And when there is too little signal to be confident, it abstains and says so instead of guessing.
This is coming next and will arrive advisory, not automatic. Nothing is auto-submitted: the AI flags risk and explains it, and your biller always makes the call.
